How do I book a class?
What should I bring to class?
I've got an injury, are your classes suitable for me?
Longer answer – if you’ve got an injury we recommend you start with a Private Assessment Session so we can get to know you (and your injury). From that session we’ll work with you to find the most suitable classes.
Do you have pregnancy pilates?
We don’t run specific pregnancy Pilates classes but most of our classes are suitable for you if you’re pregnant. Our small class sizes let us tailor each class so we can give you appropriate options and variation.
We recommend that you start with a Private Assessment Session if you’re pregnant so we can get to know you and how your pregnancy is going before you jump into a class.
If you’re not sure what’s right for you, give us a call on 03 9024 2644.
How much are classes?
The cost of classes varies depending on how many classes you take a week. We generally recommend that you take 2-3 classes each week to get the most benefit.
If you have a specific goal, check out our Program Options. These combination packs mix private sessions with classes to get you where you want to be.
