Classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance and up to 90 minutes before the class starts.
What should I bring to class?
Yourself. Socks. We provide everything else you’ll need.
For Core you may want to bring a towel & water.
I've got an injury, are your classes suitable for me?
Longer answer – if you’ve got an injury we recommend you start with an Assessment Session so we can get to know you (and your injury). From that session we’ll work with you to find the most suitable classes.
Do you have pregnancy pilates?
We don’t run specific pregnancy Pilates classes but most of our classes are suitable for you if you’re pregnant. Our small class sizes let us tailor each class so we can give you appropriate options and variation.
We recommend that you start with an Assessment Session if you’re pregnant so we can get to know you and how your pregnancy is going before you jump into a class.

How much are classes?
The cost of classes varies depending on how many classes you take a week. We generally recommend that you take 2-3 classes each week to get the most benefit.
Our Move+ memberships offer you the best value, giving you the flexibility of choosing to attend 1, 2 or 3 classes per week. Or try a class with our one-off class passes.
