Your Butt and Nothing But – Move of the Month – Oct 2017

Each month at Move Move we set ourselves a Move of the Month Challenge. Throughout the month we focus on mastering that move. Sometimes our Move of the Month is just one move, other times it maybe a series of moves. But our aim is to progress in some way.

This month we’re revisiting our our Ultimate Butt Challenge! We first did this in April 2016, it’s a quick but super effective butt series.

Your goal is to complete the series 3 times a week throughout the month.

– Clams x 10
– Pulses x 10
– Oysters x 10
– Leg Lifts x 10
– Circles (one way) x 10
– Circles(the other way) x 10
– Super Clams x 10

Repeat both sides!

If you’re new to these moves, start with less reps and build up to 10.

Top tip: Keep your hips stacked throughout. If you’re struggling lie with your back against a wall.
