Lou gets to know your body and teaches you how to get the little details right so you get the full benefit. I really enjoy my sessions with Lou, they are both physically challenging & mentally relaxing after a hard day at work.  My whole body is more toned which makes me feel great and gives me much more energy than I had before.

Lou, however, is a talented instructor and has been able to patiently and gradually increase the range of exercises without aggravating the condition.
