Your body amazing. It’s complex, tricky and unique. It’s a one-of-a-kind 3-dimensional jigsaw puzzle just waiting to be figured out. How you walk, run, sit, stand has developed over years of repeated actions and habits.
We keep this in mind in every class and will make sure that you are working the right way for your body. This might mean a minor correction to adjust your position, giving you something specific to focus on, or even giving you a different move to do than the others in the class. Our classes are limited to a maximum of 4 per class so we can give you the attention you need whatever class you choose to take.
What is Pilates?
Our Pilates takes the original teachings of Joseph Pilates and adds a modern twist to them. With a background in STOTT PILATES, Lou has combined many influences and further training to adapt and adjust her teaching to create a unique approach that gets results.
