Meet Brandy from Cheltenham Full-time mum

Move Move Status:  Member

Have you ever been involved in fitness or exercise? It was when I was a lot younger. I would ride my bike everywhere. I would get bored and just ride. But around my 20s, I just stopped. Couldn’t tell you why. I don’t know. My back? The kids?

What brought you to Move Move? I wanted to try ANOTHER workout in an effort to add a few fitness classes for weekly exercise. (Plus, hubby convinced me!)

Why us? I have “donated” money to so many fitness fads (Yoga, Bootcamps, aerobics) over the years. But would stop after a few months. Prior to Move Move, I had no control in group classes. So it was always like I was on a carousel, randomly changing between too easy, just right, and way too hard.

Why stick with us? To be honest, I’m shocked! I’m approaching my second year at Move Move and love it. The difference for me is a no-brainer. It’s the amazing Guides who take me through moves at my own pace.

Favourite quote? Don’t worry about failures. Worry about the chances you miss when you don’t even try.
