Why come?

When you’ve developed enough experience, our mixed ability Studio, Reformer and Tower Pilates classes turn into the ultimate Pilates practice session. Every move will be highly functional and team up different muscle groups to raise the effort and control needed.

Is it right for me?

Ready to go deep? First, you need to be scored a Proficient Intermediate to progress to this Advanced workout. (If you’re not sure you are, just ask your Move Move Instructor.)

You should:

  • Be comfortable with the reformer and other Pilates apparatus
  • Know what muscles make up your core
  • Understand how core muscles work
  • Have the ability to activate them correctly

What will it be like?

More moves. Extra Effort. Higher Hurdles. Your instructor will lead you through tougher progressions and complex choreography.

You’ll need to work harder, focus more. In the process, you’ll find your coordination, balance, and speed challenged in unimaginable ways.


Since there’s never more than four people in a class, you won’t feel squished in our spacious studio and no wrong move goes unnoticed.

Wear clothes you can move easily in. No shoes please, but Pilates socks are mandatory. (If you don’t have any, don’t worry. They’re available to buy at Move Move). We provide water and towels. And once practising done, look forward to fresh fruit and a lovely cuppa—all complimentary, of course.

Results and benefits

Advanced level workouts are more intense and work places other routines can’t even find. This is an unashamedly serious workout, so expect significant improvements in strength, flexibility, body sculpting and muscle tone.

Available as 40-minute classes. Good for those with busy schedules and lives.

Which Class is right for me?

Since you’ll be working on some challenging moves in class, you’ll start at Move Move with an Assessment Session. At the end of this private session you’ll be given your personalised Pilates Plan so you can choose the best classes to achieve your goals.
