Start with a Personal Consult — your first step in your movement journey. In this one-on-one session, we'll explore your goals, your body and your story. From there, I’ll guide you into the right class with confidence.

Prefer Private Sessions?

Whether you have a more complex history or want to build your confidence before joining a group class, working one-on-one with me is the quickest way to achieve your goals. Work with me in my Bentleigh East Pilates studio or online.
