What to Expect in a Private Pilates Session

Each 40-minute session begins with a conversation about how you’re feeling that day. From there, I’ll guide you through a tailored sequence of movements using the Reformer, FuseLadder, or mat — always adapted to your needs.

You’ll learn how your brain and body work together, uncover the root causes of your pain or limitations, and practice strategies that carry over into everyday life.

You’ll leave each session with:

About Me

I’m Lou Conyers, the owner and sole practitioner at Move Move Pilates. I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 15 years, with more than 10 of those years dedicated to supporting women in Melbourne’s south-east.

My career has taken me from Albert Park to Moorabbin, Cheltenham, and now Bentleigh East. Along the way, I’ve worked with hundreds of women, helping them move with less pain and more freedom.

As one of Australia’s only Level 3 Neuro Studio Practitioners, I specialise in blending Pilates with brain-based movement strategies. Every private session is guided by me personally — so you’ll always know you’re in safe, experienced hands.

No! Private sessions are perfect for beginners, as we can move entirely at your pace.

Yes. Some clients prefer to work one-on-one long-term, while others use private sessions to build confidence before joining a group.

Yes. If you can’t make it to my studio in Bentleigh East, I also offer private sessions online.
